• The company has an access to all tachnical informations, which are needed for the products service.
• The working is performed by written Canon standards.
• Constant supply of spare parts correspond to working volume.
• The company buys spare parts at the Premium Partner and/or Distributor.
• The user that needs help, gets it timely.
• The service can be performed at the user place or in the service office, depends on the service difficulty.
• The service can be done in the warranty period, which is defined in the written guarantee, or after the warranty period.
• The company considerates the legal obligations and/or other way setted conditions in the written guarantee.
• Any problem bigger than the written standards, are solving in collaboration with Canon.
• The company keeps a file of every realized technical service.
